Richard Healey founded GPP in 1993 and served as Executive Director from 1993 to 2000, when he became the Executive Director of the Preamble Center, and again in 2004-2018. Richard has been involved in peace, justice and disarmament work, civil rights, and workers rights struggles for over 60 years. He has served as the ED of the Coalition for a New Foreign and Military Policy, and the Institute for Policy Studies.
