In the spring of 2025, Grassroots Power Project convened the Grassroots Strategy College, in San Antonio, Texas.

We brought together leaders from over 44 organizations across 11 states as a community of practice. We confronted a central strategic tension: the need to respond urgently to today’s crises, while also laying the groundwork for a multi-racial democracy that truly serves working families. We strategized to strengthen alignment across organizations in our states, and to win over the multi-racial working class not just for today, but for the long haul.
